Landwood Property Auctions sold £16.5m worth of property via its auction service in 2019, which it said marks a massive rise in activity.
The company said switching to weekly online auctions was a key factor.
The Manchester-based firm saw three times as many lots listed on its site compared to the entire 12-month period preceding it, while sales levels more than doubled.
The company launched in February 2018.
James Ashworth, director of Landwood Property Auctions, added: “We’re proud to be one of the first to adopt online as our auction method and set new standards for its success.
“It’s fantastic to see such growth and we look forward to seeing lot and sales numbers increase in the coming months, with 2020 looking set to be our most successful year yet.”
Across the year, Landwood dealt with a city centre penthouse apartment, a grade two listed bank and a holiday home in the Shetland Isles.
